Learning To Navigate The Pandemic As A Team

We are going through very difficult times globally. The pandemic has been called “the great pause” or “the great disruption.” It is undeniable that it has brought humanity to an abrupt halt. In the best of cases, it is an invitation to reconsider our relationship with our ecosystem and how we show up in society.

As the world has changed drastically in the past few months, we have adapted to the best of our abilities to navigate not only global uncertainty but also a complete reconfiguration of our jobs. For a lot of us, this means working remotely in virtual teams.

In response to this great shift, we began the virtual team series “We Are Made For These Times” in April 2020, as we felt called as an ensemble to share our collective wisdom and group practices.  As a shared leadership consultancy, we feel that we are made to respond to these times and that we have effective practices that can bring a lot of positive change to the world and specifically to the workplace during this reconfiguration.

In this episode, “Learning To Navigate The Pandemic As a Team,” our GRTL ensemble engages in deep conversation about how we are experiencing the global health crisis as a team. How are we holding it all? How are we working together as a team? Three of our guiding principles are to participate wholeheartedly and to speak and listen from the deepest, most authentic parts of our selves. We hope this week's conversation provides you an opportunity to practice and hold space together, as we navigate this challenging time.
