We have observed over and over that team development is a framework for organizational transformation. Teams experience the greatest benefits and learnings as they continue to deepen their practice through the Compassionate Accountability Practice Series and in future Legs of the Journey.
Most leadership development training programs focus on individual leaders. Instead, we have found that team development learning is a more powerful and accelerated approach to organizational transformation. Our role is to guide teams to lead and learn from each other, supporting each other through life and business dynamics so that more profound changes are possible.

Together, we will spend 12 weeks moving from an intellectual experience (the talk) to an embodied experience (the walk).
