Every team needs someone who cares about the details of hosting and of the relationships which underpin a thriving business community. Melissa is our High Priestess of the land of executive and personal assistants and brings her care to hold all of the threads which must be braided together to make a solid, trustworthy company weave of health and high function.  

Melissa's previous work as Interior Design Assistant at Ann Henderson Interiors and Executive Assistant in the Clinical Psychology Department at Antioch Graduate School led to her passion for leadership development. From these experiences came from her understanding of how to treat one another with compassion, love, and nourishment. Being open with communication and learning together are core personal values of hers, mirrored in her work with Global Round Table Leadership. She has been with Global Round Table Leadership for 13 years.

Melissa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Women's Studies, and currently lives in New Hampshire. In her free time, she enjoys a walk or drive to do some antiquing, having dinner with friends, and spending time with her family.
