Northeast Strengths-Based Network Gathering Share, Teach, and Learn

Lori Hanau and Jodi Clark of GRTL teamed up with Cecile Green of Roundsky Solutions and Travis Hellstrom of Advance Humanity to present in shared leadership at this inspiring gathering on June 3, 2016 at Champlain College and their David Cooperider Center for Appreciative Inquiry.

Practicing Shared Leadership for Social Responsibility As a Strengths-Based Approach

Effective Shared Leadership is key to the future of leadership in socially responsible businesses. This session will be a fully experiential learning practice and introduction to implementing Shared Leadership in a team or organization.  We will engage in a practice of mindsets, heartsets and skillsets which will support an organization looking to adopt Shared Leadership as their way of governance, of decision-making, of getting the work done and of developing their organizational culture. Our experience will be grounded in the lived experience of the participants and presenters, drawing on examples and situations from their organizations and teams.
