Rachel Carson: We Are All Connected 🌎

We’re excited to kick off both Women’s History Month & B Corp Month by featuring the mother of modern environmentalism: Rachel Carson.

Carson’s seminal book Silent Spring ignited much of the climate justice conversation as we know it today. Winner of many prestigious awards, from the National Book Award to the Presidential Medal of Freedom, her calm, quiet demeanor demonstrates how even the most understated among us can have an enormous impact.

Then, we can become more intentional about the systems we create!

This month as Spring (hopefully!) starts to bloom all around you, take inspiration from Mother Nature and appreciate the diversity inherent in all living systems. By practicing appreciation for the natural world, it helps us understand the fresh energy and the power of inclusion into our teams and for everyone who steps into them.
