The Foundations of Shared Leadership Starts Here

Accelerate Your Team’s Transformation Right Now

Our Offer

In our first cohorts, we work with Executive Leadership teams, Boards of Directors, HR teams, and Collective Impact teams. For our first cohort, we are inviting teams of 3-12 members to join us online for 12 weeks and expect 1-3 hours per week, combining individual, paired, and teamwork.

The Overview

We are hosting a ten-week team learning journey, a new approach to organizational change where leadership teams:

●      Learn new ways of building mutual understanding and trust

●      Relearn how to collaboratively and consciously connect

●      Unlearn old habits that bind them to patterns that don’t work

The Foundations of Shared Leadership is self-guided, with the addition of a tested suite of developmental group practices, peer coaching, synchronous virtual experiences, professionally tailored group coaching, and cohort learning with the other leadership teams joining you on the journey. The Journey nurtures the quality of your relationships first and foremost so that you can build on the genius already in your room and within your team. As a result, everyone has a voice and as a team you will practice being more ready to ensure that the diverse voices will be heard and valued.

Here’s what we’ve learned over our two decades of working with leadership teams:

  • We have found that team learning is a much more powerful and accelerated approach to change.

  • The genius is always in the room. Every team has remarkable gifts, strengths, and creative wisdom.

  • Most teams are wasting their potential by conforming to conventional habits of authority and relationship.

  • Connecting as whole human beings dramatically expands a team’s potential. Connecting primarily through roles or positions contracts it.

  • Power “with” is always stronger than power “over.” Sharing power releases energy, courage, and commitment in a way that isolated leadership never can.

  • When we focus not just on where we want the organization to go but also on how we want to grow as people, the organization flourishes.

  • We have found that team learning is a much more powerful and accelerated approach to change.

Organizations are navigating the profound complexities of the 21st-century workplace and world. Record numbers of people are resigning, “quiet quitting,” and simply disconnected in the workplace. Lags in organizational achievements, low team morale and engagement, decreased team energy and participation levels, and increased attrition are all signs that your organization is missing something important. As a result, it’s getting more difficult to know what to do next.

Our Difference

  1. We work with teams, team learning and team development - we are trying to disrupt the market that is focused on individual learners;

  2. We design experiences for teams to apply together in the workplace - not in a retreat, or outside learning environment;

  3. We humanize Learning Journeys through selective and scalable human interactions -we are not AI or automation driven;

  4. Our cohort model supports a bite-size level of organizational peer-to-peer learning. Unlike other modalities for peer learning, such as workshops and conferences, the context for interaction is day to day work and each team's developmental journey.

What is possible when your work culture is grounded in trust, co-learning, intergenerational wisdom, contribution, and our diversity as human beings?

It starts with sharing leadership.
